Van Murphy Bed (here in after VMB) warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and material, under regular conditions and when installed and used as directed by VMB. all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Exclusions from Warranty

VMB is not responsible for:

  • Claims relating to defacing, scratches, dents, chips, tears and rips on any surface not caused by VMB or defects in the products

  • Damage due to misuse from cleaning, or other activity

  • Damage from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Damage caused by improper use of the vehicle or the product

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear

VMB reserves the right to make the final determination whether or not the product has been abused or misused by the purchaser.


VMB, expressly disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties, including  warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The performance of repairs and/or replacement of the defective part in the sole and exclusive remedy under this written warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL VMB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW.


VMB strongly recommends that the products be installed by an authorized VMB installer for proper results, including reducing the possibility of leaks, reduction of noise, and damage. VMB maintains a list of recommended installers on its website, however, makes no representations as to the quality of the recommended installer’s work.

VMB does not warrant or make any representation regarding sound transmission. Installation of this product may result in the vehicle interior being louder than prior to installation. Bedding material is designed to dampen noise or rattles from the VMB bed system. Without bedding material, the system may rattle or make noise while under normal use of the vehicle.It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Cancellation/Return Policy

All sales may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. All other products may be evaluated for exchange or return on a case by case basis. Products must not have been installed and in like new condition.

Any refund will be minus all shipping costs and a 15% processing fee. 

VMB will always accept returns on faulty products and provide replacements at no cost.

Warnings

Installation of some VMB products may reduce visibility in the mirrors. VMB shall not be liable for any accidents resulting from a reduction to visibility as a result of installing this product.

VMB products are only designed for and may only be installed as described by VMB in its installation literature and videos for certain van makes, models and model years.

VMB may add models/model years and all liability is on the purchaser regardless of which models are listed above.

Any holes drilled or cuts outside of those provided or authorized by VMB void all warranties and may cause harm to others.

It is not safe to travel in a rear bed while underway. All passengers must be in DOT approved seats and wearing safety restraints at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

The products are not designed to have anything mounted on or to them. Any holes drilled in the product may compromise the integrity of the product and will void this warranty. No products shall be used at any time as a tie down point or to secure any loads in the vehicle. Products are not warrantied for any lateral pull or load.This is a frequently asked question?

A Note About Shipping

VMB products are shipped in custom packaging to ensure safe delivery. In the event the products are damaged during shipping, the customer is required to wait for inspection from the shipping company as well as to take specific pictures of the damage to the part and packaging, within 25 days of delivery. VMB will not be responsible for repair or replacement of damaged products if an inspection doesn’t occur. Please let us know immediately if products sustain damage during their time with the shipping company. Do not have parts repaired or dispose of packaging until the claim resolution process is finished.
